Our Waikiki cocktail has two Ron Santiago de Cuba variants, the aged Extra Añejo 11 and Carta Blanca. that convey the tangy bite of Curaçao with laraha citrus notes. Earthy sweet almond syrup blends with a dash of chilli adding sweet, subtle caramel cinnamon notes with a final spicy kick.
A fruity, spicy cocktail that tantalises your palate like the gentle Kaiāulu wind. Tequila Blanco Exotico carries the juiciness of Bols Mango Liqueur, while the bitter orange of Cointreau mingles with the spicy caramel chilli of Ancho Reyes.
A tropical riff on the classic Negroni, its bitter notes blend seamlessly with tropical mango and pineapple for a full, exotic cocktail. An aperitif with a deliciously fruity nose and palate.
Crisp Ketel One Vodka carries the tart, sweet tropical head notes of Giffard Pineapple Liqueur subtly attenuated by citrusy bite of Blue Curaçao, while Toschi Cane Sugar rounds out the flavour profile with a measured balance of sweetness.
